Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zotivation. We sell both digital and physical products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds

All sales of digital products (including downloadable content, eBooks, audio files, video courses, and any other non-physical goods) are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow cancellations for digital product purchases.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to withdraw from the contract once the digital content has been delivered or accessed.

Physical Products – Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order and return your physical product(s) within 30 days of receiving them, without giving any reason.

Cancellation Period

The cancellation deadline is 30 days from:

  • the date you received the goods, or

  • the date a third party (not the carrier) appointed by you received the goods.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear written statement (email is sufficient).

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods and inspect them, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, with no additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised goods.

  • Perishable items or items with an expiry date.

  • Sealed items that are unsealed after delivery (for hygiene or health protection).

  • Goods that are mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning physical goods to us. Please use a trackable and insured shipping service.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. No refund will be issued without receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
